Advanced Field Inspection Solutions

The Magna-Flow CCTV Team brings precision and thoroughness to field inspections by combining high-powered cleaning technology with advanced monitoring capabilities. Our team uses a Vactor Truck for cleaning and jetting, efficiently clearing debris and blockages to ensure optimal conditions for inspection.

Alongside the Vactor Truck, we deploy a mobile control vehicle (camera truck) equipped with state-of-the-art CCTV equipment. This vehicle allows our technicians to operate, monitor, and report on every phase of the inspection process in real time. The camera system provides a detailed view of underground pipelines, helping to identify any issues with pinpoint accuracy.

Our integrated approach not only enhances the effectiveness of each inspection but also reduces the need for repeat visits, saving time and resources. With our CCTV team, you can expect a comprehensive, documented report of your system's condition, complete with actionable insights for maintenance or repairs.

Magna-Flow’s CCTV field inspections offer a complete solution to maintain your infrastructure, providing you with the information needed to keep your systems safe, efficient, and fully compliant.

COMMON PROBLEMS THAT CAN INTERRUPT PIPE FLOW

Root intrusion is a frequent and potentially damaging issue in wastewater and sewer systems, where tree roots infiltrate pipes through tiny cracks or joints, seeking moisture and nutrients. Over time, these roots can grow and create blockages, reduce water flow, and even lead to costly structural damage within the pipeline.

Service taps are essential connection points that link main pipelines to individual service lines, enabling efficient flow and distribution in sewer and water systems. Magna-Flow Environmental™ provides expert service tap installations and maintenance to ensure these connections are secure, leak-free, and fully functional.

Offset joints occur when pipeline sections become misaligned, often due to ground shifting, settling, or improper installation. These misalignments create gaps or overlaps between pipe sections, which can lead to leaks, blockages, or even root intrusion, compromising the efficiency and integrity of the system.

Broken pipes are a serious issue in wastewater and sewer systems, potentially leading to leaks, contamination, and costly water loss. Pipe damage can occur from factors such as ground movement, corrosion, heavy loads, or root intrusion. Addressing broken pipes quickly is essential to maintaining a safe and functional infrastructure.
